MONDAY is the collection day for Hinckley.
Garbage, recycling and yard waste will be collected between the times of 7AM and 6PM on your collection day.

Garbage service is provided by LRS and is billed by LRS on a quarterly basis. Residents are entitled one refuse and recycling tote, cost included in the service charge. LRS offers a senior discount to residents over 65 years of age, to enroll, take note of the required documentation below:

  1. PHOTO ID - Copy of a valid State of Illinois Identification or Driver's License presented to LRS by mail or email.
  2. WATER BILL - Current or recent Village of Hinckley water bill. The water bill should be addressed to the same name as the photo ID and be issued within the past 4 months. 
  3. Please submit the photo identification and water bill as described to:
